My name is Cami and my journey into the fitness industry began over 11 years ago, when I trained for a body building show.
Having competed in two bodybuilding shows, I intimately understand the challenges and complexities of diet and exercise. Through these experiences, I've gained invaluable insights into the importance of striking a balance between fitness goals and everyday life. I've had to learn firsthand how to transition from extreme competition prep to a sustainable, healthy lifestyle, repairing my relationship with food along the way. Understanding that food is not just fuel but also a source of nourishment and pleasure has been a transformative journey for me.
Additionally, I've navigated through hormone issues and adrenal imbalances, learning how to manage them effectively through tailored nutrition and exercise protocols. This personal struggle has deepened my empathy and understanding for the diverse challenges individuals face on their health and fitness journeys.
My approach to coaching is rooted in compassion, education, and empowerment. I believe in equipping my clients with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to make sustainable lifestyle changes. Whether you're striving to lose weight, build muscle, improve your athletic performance, or simply enhance your overall well-being, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
Beyond the physical transformations, my greatest fulfillment comes from helping my 3 daughters love and appreciate their bodies. Teaching them how to fuel their bodies for their intense involvement in cheerleading which requires a lot of them. I want them to be strong, confident women who love to feel good, and love movement.
I am so excited to be part of the Moxie team, and have admired Lindsey for years and her love and passion for helping others find joy in their life through her program.
